Seniors planning to attend WVU in the Fall who are receiving a scholarship from WVU, please read the below message from their admissions office. This is important if you are wanting to be recognized at the Senior Awards Ceremony.
Certificates will only be awarded to those students who have received an academic scholarship and have confirmed their attendance at WVU this fall by submitting their academic deposit. Students must confirm their attendance at least three weeks prior to your ceremony to guarantee recognition. Please note that some students may see a university grant on their financial aid packages. This award is not a merit-based scholarship and will not be recognized at the award ceremonies
