The Taylor County Board of Education is currently developing options for the 2024-25 school calendar. Options being considered include a week long spring break OR two long weekend breaks during the spring months. Also under consideration is a possible shift in Grafton High School graduation dates due to timing of other breaks and requirements set forth by the WVDE. A public hearing is scheduled for February 27, 2024, at 5:30 at the Taylor County Board of Education to discuss the school calendar options as well as the Non-Traditional Day Plan (NTID). If you have concerns or questions, please plan to attend or email Jenny McCarthy-jmccarthy@k12.wv.us for calendar concerns/questions OR Helen Roberts-hjroberts@k12.wv.us for NTID plan concerns/questions.
