Taylor county school cooks participate in a farm to school recipe training. They are preparing to incorporate more local produce into our school menus.

Central Office Caravan bringing the message of "Our Best Year!" to all of our schools on opening day! Sharing that it is our pleasure to offer our "menu" of services to support their needs kicks off a great start to a great year!!
Special education staff from across the county gathered together for a 2 day Academy. This Academy included training on effective teaching strategies, collaborative teaching and how to improve writing. Guest presenters were brought in from the Autism Training Center as well as the Behavior/Mental Health Technical Assistance Center from Marshall University. These presentations focused on strategies on how to deal with challenging behaviors and how to better serve our students with Autism.

TCMS "Beautification Day" Members of the Board of Education, central office, and TCMS Staff work together to brighten up the school property. Making the outside match the positive, fresh energy flowing throughout the inside of TCMS. We can't wait to share it with our students as the new school year begins on Aug 30!
